Joe Stallone

Publisher & Editor-in-Chief

Joe Stallone is a skilled trades entrepreneur, industry advocate, and the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of CREW Magazine, a national publication dedicated to the men and women who work in the blue collar trades. He is also the creator of Blue Collar Crew, a platform designed to modernize hiring and improve career visibility for skilled trade professionals.

Joe began his journey in the trades at a vocational high school studying architecture and mechanical design before entering the low-voltage security industry as a technician. After gaining field experience, he launched his own security integration business, where he has spent more than a decade working directly within the trades.

Through his work in the field, Joe witnessed firsthand many of the challenges facing the industry—from hiring shortages and career visibility to financial and health issues that often go unspoken.

CREW Magazine was created to address many of the gaps that are present in the trades. As a national publication for technicians, employers and other trade professionals, the magazine highlights the real issues and opportunities facing the people who build and maintain America every day.

Joe actively engages with trade schools, students, contractors, and industry leaders to advocate for stronger workforce development and greater respect for skilled trades careers. His mission is simple: to elevate the voices of the people who build, maintain, and power America every day.
