At Blue Collar Crew Magazine, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, subscriptions, and damaged items are handled for products purchased through BlueCollarCrewMagazine.com.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included when applicable.

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Promotional or Clearance Items
Items marked as “Final Sale,” clearance, discounted, promotional, or closeout items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We strive to provide high-quality products and accurate order fulfillment. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of any packaging damage (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we may offer:

APPAREL AND MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES

If you received the wrong size or would like to exchange an unworn item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Digital Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for previous subscription charges.

Print Subscriptions
Print subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal period. Previously shipped issues and fulfilled portions of subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

If a subscription was purchased accidentally or duplicate subscriptions were purchased, please contact us and we will review the situation individually.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund request.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times vary by financial institution but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund:

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible to receive store credit for approved returns.

RETURN SHIPPING
